As for Becca, her collecting seemed a bit broader, drawing inspirations through colors, patterns, and places she’d visited over the years. She felt moved by how expressions came to life via the surroundings of their environments. The idea of existing more slowly began to feel what’s right. She began self studying the world of natural dyeing, a world which she felt tapped in to it all.
Always feeling a deep connection with all things Earth created, it only made sense she and Mike should meet. Joining along and creating rockhound expeditions together, Becca and Mike set off for trips that would last weeks. Along the way Becca began collecting other things as well. She began to collect natural materials and dye stuffs. Plants for drying, soils for experimenting, old rusty metals for altering, and second hand natural fibers as blank canvases, ready for re vamp.
